At M YXE PRINTING, we are committed to delivering high-quality, custom-printed products. Due to the personalized nature of our services, our policies are designed to be clear and fair.
Our fundamental policy is: All sales of custom-printed items are final.
We do not offer returns or refunds on personalized products as they are custom-made for you and cannot be resold or reused. We do not provide refunds or accept returns for “buyer’s remorse” (i.e., if you decide you no longer want the product).
1. The Proof Approval Process: Your Responsibility
To ensure your complete satisfaction and accuracy, we have a mandatory proofing process.
- Proof Required: Before any job is sent to production, we require you, the customer, to review and approve a digital proof.
- Your Approval is Final: Your final approval of this proof confirms that you have checked all aspects of the design, including:
- Spelling, punctuation, and grammar
- Layout and design elements
- Contact information, dates, and all other text
- Color choices and image quality
Once you provide final approval, your order is sent to print. MCONSULTING INC. (o/a M YXE PRINTING) is not responsible or liable for any errors, typos, design flaws, or other mistakes that were present on the proof you approved. No refunds or reprints will be issued for such errors.
2. Our Quality Guarantee & Manufacturing Defects
While we do not accept returns on custom items, we stand by the quality of our workmanship. We will address any issues related to manufacturing defects.
A manufacturing defect includes issues like ink smudging, incorrect cutting/folding, or defective materials caused by our production process.
If you believe your product has a manufacturing defect, you must contact us within [e.g., 3-5 business days] of receiving your order. Please provide your order number and clear photographic evidence of the issue.
Our process for handling confirmed defects is as follows:
- Reprint First: Our first step and primary solution will be to offer a complimentary reprint of the defective items to meet the proper quality standards.
- Refund Second: If the reprint also fails to meet our quality standards, we may then issue a refund for the defective portion of the order.
- Return of Materials: To receive a refund or reprint for quality issues, we reserve the right to require you to return the full batch of defective printed materials to us. You may be responsible for the cost of shipping these materials back.
3. Shipping, Damages, and Discretionary Returns
Damage During Shipping Title and risk of loss for all products pass to you, the customer, upon our delivery of the products to the shipping carrier. M YXE PRINTING is not responsible or liable for any products damaged, lost, or delayed during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, you must file a claim directly with the shipping provider.
Authorized Returns In the extremely rare event that MCONSULTING INC., in its sole discretion, authorizes a return for an item, the following conditions will apply:
- The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
- The return will be subject to a 20% processing and restocking fee, which will be deducted from the refund amount.
- A maximum refund of 80% of the item’s cost will be issued, and only if the items are returned to us in their original, unused condition.
